Stephanie Gallegos, DPA, MBA, CPP
Dr. Stephanie Gallegos is the Founder and Executive Director of Anchor of Joy. Serving others has long been a calling on her heart. Drawing on her experience in public service, nonprofit leadership, and community outreach, she founded Anchor of Joy to share the unshakable love of Jesus Christ and to serve and uplift others through charitable outreach. Her vision is to serve children, families, and communities in need while restoring hope, sharing Christ, and bringing joy locally and globally.

Outreach Director & CFO
Lindsey Gallegos
Lindsey is a devoted wife, mother of two, and Outreach Director of Anchor of Joy. Her family's journey changed when her child was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) at just two years old. Through the challenges, uncertainty, and heartache of childhood cancer, Lindsey experienced firsthand the power of faith, hope, and community support.
As a parent with lived experience, Lindsey brings compassion, understanding, and a unique perspective to Anchor of Joy's mission. In her role as Outreach Director, she helps foster meaningful connections with children, families, and communities while serving as a source of encouragement to those walking similar journeys. Lindsey is passionate about ensuring families feel seen, supported, and loved during difficult seasons.
Lindsey's story is a testament to God's faithfulness and a reminder that He is present in every season, providing strength, comfort, and hope even in life's most difficult moments.

Program Development Director
Angie Gutierrez, MPA
Angie serves as the Program Development Director for Anchor of Joy. With a background in Public Health and experience managing healthcare programs, she is passionate about helping create meaningful opportunities to serve children, families, and communities in need. Through her role, Angie supports the planning, development, and implementation of programs that advance Anchor of Joy's mission and help ensure those we serve receive compassionate care and support.
She is honored to use her knowledge and experience to help strengthen the organization's programs and further a mission dedicated to bringing hope, sharing Christ, and restoring joy.

Discipleship & Prayer Director
Mari Amezquita
Mari Amezquita serves as the Discipleship & Prayer Director for Anchor of Joy. A devoted follower of Christ, Mari is actively involved in her church community through worship, service, and weekly Bible study. She has a heart for prayer, discipleship, and encouraging others in their walk with the Lord.
Mari is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and experience the hope, peace, and love found in Jesus Christ. She believes in the power of prayer and the importance of building meaningful relationships rooted in faith. Through her role at Anchor of Joy, Mari is excited to be part of something greater than herself—serving others, sharing God's love, and helping bring hope, healing, and encouragement to individuals and families in need.
